With gratitude for exceptional service yesterday. I stopped in, without an appointment to ask for help following a 100,000 maintenance check I had performed the day before at Hopkins Honda. My maintenance included having the tires rotated. Unfortunately, the tire pressure indicator light was on. Reading my manual, noted immediate attention (for various safety reasons). I work and live close by to this Goodyear location and stopped by after work. Their professionalism, knowledge and thoroughness was exceptional!! From the gentleman at the front desk to the two technicians in the garage. It was a service experience "above and beyond" any expectation!! Not only did they resolve the problem (that wasn't theirs), they took the time explaining, thoroughly, the process of rechecking the air pressure in all four tires and then resetting the switch on the inside panel of the car. I regret not purchasing my last set of tires from them, which I had in past purchases, and will definitely return for my future purchases! Thanks again!!

I have been getting oil changes and tires at Plymouth Tire and Auto for a few years now. The service is remarkable and I always feel like they are being honest with me. Honesty in the car repair business seems like a rare thing, so I really appreciate it when it does happen. Mike at the front desk is superb at his job and so personable. He takes time to explain issues and gives price options for service that I don't get at other repair shops. I will keep going back to Plymouth Tire and Auto because of Mike and his staff.
